OHIO - Fewer than half of the 1,229 inmates who left prison early in the past year after completing a three-month counseling program were approved to participate by the judge who locked them up. But just one in five of those inmates had judicial approval. The revelation has many judges furious and demanding changes to a state law that allows inmates to be placed in early-release programming unless there is written objection from the bench. I would like to say. I think that the early realease program is a good idea. I really think that people can change and do better. for the ones that has been in the systems for a long time and show a major change should be realeased but, only under some supervision just make sure that they stay on the right track most have family members that are supportive and loveing people they miss there family members that are in lock up and want them to come home so give them a sceond chance to prove themselves u might be supprised on how well some of these inmates do and how well the family will help to make sure they do stay on the right track.
