| Phone service gets less expensive |

SOUTH DAKOTA - The price of inmate phone calls from South Dakota prisons has gone down, the Department of Corrections said. Calls are 6-9 percent cheaper under a new deal with FSH Communications, the DOC said in a release. The rates went in effect Monday. Read more.
