CALIFORNIA - The Re-entry Council Planning Group, a new Solano County organization dedicated to helping local jail and prison inmates find a new path through education, employment and health, will meet on Thursday in Fairfield. The group will meet from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the U.C. Cooperative Extension Office, 501 Texas St., Fairfield (behind the Hall of Justice). Read more.
