| Inmates help with tornado cleanup |

SOUTH CAROLINA - Inmates from two prisons are helping with the cleanup after last weekend's storms and tornadoes. The S.C. Department of Corrections has 15 inmates from Allendale and Ridgeland correctional institutions at work in Allendale County. The inmates are clearing debris from roadways and stacking it to be hauled away. Allendale County Fire Chief Rodney Stanley is incident commander of recovery efforts.
