| County to do more for disabled inmates |

CALIFORNIA - Orange County is not providing enough access to facilities and programs for its disabled and segregated jail inmates, a federal appeals court has ruled. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said in a ruling Tuesday that the county is violating the Americans with Disabilities Act.
