NEW JERSEY - A senior corrections officer died in a freak accident while on his way home from work Wednesday night. Southern State Correctional Facility employee Lloyd Lovell, 51, of Nabb Avenue in Millville died when his pickup truck collided with an enclosed Comcast trailer that separated from a utility truck on Route 47 just north of Spring Garden Road around 10:30 p.m., according to state police Sgt.
