| Terrorism trial to resume |

AUSTRALIA - The trial of 12 men charged with terrorism offences will recommence tomorrow after Corrections Victoria agreed to the prison changes demanded by Supreme Court Justice Bernard Bongiorno. The trial was put on hold two weeks ago, when he ordered the men be transferred from Barwon Jail, near Geelong to the Melbourne Assessment Prison. Justice Bongiorno had said the men were receiving an unfair trial because of the conditions in which they were being held and transported to court each day. Read more.
