| Program to reduce youth violence |

PENNSYLVANIA - Young people who face a criminal action and suffer from a serious mental illness are now eligible for family therapy under a new program being offered by Dauphin County. The therapy is designed to prevent violence by allowing selected youths to avoid more intensive residential services, such as living in a detention center.
