KENTUCKY - Kentucky Department of Corrections Commissioner LaDonna Thompson today announced that Kimberly Potter-Blair, a 10-year veteran of the department, has been named Deputy Commissioner for Support Services for the DOC. She will be responsible for administrative services, corrections training, budget management, correctional industries, offender information and information technology. Read more.
