PENNSYLVANIA - The Allegany County Jail and Public Safety Facility is housing federal inmates along with locals who have been sentenced to time in county jail. With the influx of career criminals, Allegany County sheriff’s deputies traveled to other jails to see how they dealt with federal inmates before there was a problem here.
