Fla. ready to move ahead

FLORIDA - After the U.S. Supreme Court rejected a challenge to lethal injection, Florida officials said Wednesday they'll seek to execute a convicted child killer and other inmates who have committed heinous crimes. But legal experts said the court left the door open for other legal challenges to lethal injection - a method they say is still riddled with problems such as the training of Florida's execution team.

"These people are still being poorly trained, and they really don't understand what they're doing," said Peter Cannon, an attorney representing convicted child killer Mark Schwab. Read more.
