| Project tackles human, prisoners' rights |

LEBANON - The Restart Center for Rehabilitation of Victims of Violence and Torture, a member of International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims (IRCT), organized an educational seminar addressing human and prisoner rights through the "Afkar-2" (Ideas) program on Monday. Funded by the European Commission, the program is the first of its kind, beginning its work with 25 members of the Internal Security Forces that work in securing prisons and deal with prisoners directly.
