| County warned about overcrowding |

OKLAHOMA - Oklahoma County received a letter today from the state Office of Juvenile Affairs threatening to pull the county's license for its juvenile justice center because of overcrowding. County commissioners acknowledge overcrowding problems at the 80-bed juvenile justice center but questioned why juvenile affairs would make such a threat given that the state agency is in violation of a court order to remove youthful offenders in state custody from the county detention center.
