OHIO - Ross Correctional Institution recently saluted its top employees for 2008. Warden Michael Sheets recognized Officer Roman Pernell as RCI Correctional Officer of the Year and Brenda Jewell as Employee of the Year. April Prophett is the Recovery Services Employee of the Year. The awards were presented to the employees who best exemplified the mission of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction and their institution.
