Former inmate testifies in chaplain case

NEW HAMPSHIRE - A former county inmate testified on Thursday that she saw former county jail chaplain Ralph Flodin inappropriately touch another female inmate during a religious service at the jail. The former inmate, Erica Reagan, was a last minute witness for the state during the fourth day of Flodin's trial. Reagan said she saw Flodin put his arm around the inmate and rub just above her breast.

"The hand was rubbing up and down," Reagan said.

This touching occurred during a March religious service attended by a handful of other female inmates at the jail, Reagan said. Read more.
