| Budget doesn't guarantee back pay |

MISSOURI - Missouri isn't appealing a court ruling that corrections workers are owed more than $4 million. But the state budget doesn't guarantee they will get that money. That means more than 1,000 probation and parole officers will be left waiting to see when they will get $4.1 million in back pay that they are owed, the political director for a service workers union seeking the back pay said Wednesday.
