GEORGIA - Georgia is preparing to execute it's second death row inmate in less than three weeks. Samuel David Crowe is scheduled to be put to death Thursday night. His lawyers will ask the Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles Thursday morning to commute his death sentence. They've also asked the Georgia Supreme Court for a stay of execution. Read more.
