TEXAS - City and school officials are expected to form a task force that would team local organizations and nonprofits to fight youth violence. The task force would pull personnel from city departments, the school district, faith-based organizations and nonprofits, Arlington Mayor Robert Cluck said late last week. "You can't arrest your way out of the problem," Cluck said. "It's going to take the city, the school district and the community to address the problem." Read more.
