WISCONSIN - Mike Goetzman, spokesman for Wisconsin Emergency Management, says the DOT, Department of Corrections and many more state agencies are assisting in emergency management. The American Red Cross has set up shelters in many communities in Southwest Wisconsin and a site in Racine County because of evacuated families escaping the high water. Read more.
