WYOMING - The Wyoming Department of Corrections says it has signed a 2-year, $32 million contract renewal with Prison Health Services, Inc. to provide medical care for inmates in the state's four correctional institutions. Wyoming first hired the Brentwood, Tenn.-based company in 2005 to handle medical care at the Wyoming State Penitentiary, the Wyoming Women's Center, the Wyoming Honor Farm, and the Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp and Boot Camp. Department of Corrections Director Bob Lampert says Prison Health Services has worked closely with the state to help it maintain accreditation with the National Commission on Correctional Health Care.
