MISSOURI - Regarding "Missouri will electronically track meth ingredient" (June 11): I am a former employee of the Missouri Department of Corrections. I am also a retired, 15-year veteran of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. I have seen quite a bit in my time working inside the fence line of both states. This article reminded me of a story that one of my co-workers in Missouri told me when in training. The topic in class this day was on Missouri's 0 percent population growth. Read more.
