FLORIDA - An inmate serving two life terms for sexual battery and kidnapping has been charged with raping and killing a female corrections officer at a Daytona Beach prison. The victim was a former New Hampshire resident. Authorities said Enoch Hall, 39, is charged with attacking Officer Donna Fitzgerald last month while she was on duty at Tomoka Correctional Institution. Read more.
