| Warden to take over county prison |

Susquehanna County Correctional Facility Warden Donald Stewart is leaving the county's employ at the end of the month. Stewart was hired on Thursday, July 10, by Bradford County commissioners to take the helm of its prison beginning July 28. Stewart's last day on the job at SCCF is July 25. He has served as the warden since August 2006. In his first year as warden, Stewart led the county prison to receive its first ever 100 percent compliance rating from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. Read more.
