NEW YORK - The Clinton County Correctional Facility in Dannemora is under lockdown following a series of incidents Tuesday night that left several officers and inmates injured. The New York State Department of Corrections said a fight broke out among 18 inmates, but two did not comply with orders from the officers. Read more.
