NEW MEXICO - New Mexico has a new deputy corrections secretary who will oversee prison reform efforts. Gov. Bill Richardson on Thursday named Gail Oliver to the new position of deputy secretary of reentry and prison reform. The job was created on the recommendation of the Governor's Task Force on Prison Reform to better coordinate efforts statewide. Read more.
