NEW HAMPSHIRE - Exeter Rotary Club members learned Monday, July 28 about New Hampshire's growing prison system, and the stresses of that growth, from a former Hampton Rotarian, Commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Corrections Bill Wrenn. Wrenn is a former Hampton police chief. It was an odd transformation from police work to corrections work, Wrenn told members of the Exeter Rotary during the club's weekly lunch on Monday, July 28.
