KANSAS - When Terry McClure was promoted to the position of Cowley County Law Enforcement Center Jail Administrator, and a Cowley County Sheriff's Department Captain on August 11, he said he was well prepared to take on the responsibility. As the new jail administrator, McClure's duties will be much like his former duties as the jail transition coordinator, but as an administrator he will be responsible for the conduct of the entire facility.
