NEW ZEALAND - The Department of Corrections has allayed fears about gang problems in the Otago Regional Correction Facility (OCF) at Milburn following the transfer of 24 prisoners from Napier. In a letter to the Otago Daily Times, assistant southern regional manager Ants Howie said he wished to respond to publicity last week about the transfer of prisoners from the Hawkes Bay Prison.
