NEW YORK - A Haverstraw man has pled guilty in Rockland County Court to a charge that he attacked a corrections officer at the Rockland County Jail. Marcos Lopez, 22, pled guilty to a charge of assault in the second degree. On May 9, 2008, while he was an inmate at the county jail, Lopez struggled with an officer when he refused to return to his cell. Read more.
