MICHIGAN - Susan M. LeFevre was able to stay ahead of the law -- but not ahead of technology, state officials say. When the law and technology get together, LeFevre -- and many criminals on the run like her -- are finding out their days are numbered. "This has been an unusual year, where we've been arresting more than normal, clearing up some cases where they've been gone for decades," said Russell L.
