UNITED KINGDOM - A surprise inspection of Holloway women's prison has found "high levels" of self-harm - with as many as two incidents reported every day, a report has revealed. Prisons inspector Anne Owers prepared the report, which also found over half the inmates reported feeling unsafe, and bullying and theft were widespread. "Our major concern, and that of many of the women we spoke to, was bullying and pilfering on the residential units," she said.
