FLORIDA - The League of Women Voters will host a public forum Saturday at the Florida Institute of Human and Machine Cognition, 40 S. Alcaniz St., Pensacola. The speaker will be Charlotte Crane, former Pensacola News Journal business editor. Her research indicates that one out of every 100 American adults is in prison or jail, the highest rate of incarceration in the world.
