| County honors seven sheriff graduates |

OREGON - Marion County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday the names of seven new deputies. Two received awards. The deputies graduated Friday from the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training Academy, according to a news release from Sheriff Russ Isham. Sheriff's Enforcement Division Dep. Matt Davis finished the four-month Basic Police Academy training. Deputies Adam Garner, Michael Kadin, Darrin Krawez, Connie Phillis, Jeremy Schwab, and Jonathan Sherriffs completed the five-week Basic Corrections Academy. Read more.
