FIJI - The Fiji Prisons Department reached a milestone achievement yesterday with the launch of its new website that aims to promote the Yellow Ribbon Campaign. Commissioner of Prisons Brigadier General Ioane Naivalurua said it was a special day for them because their main objective is to inform the public about the department was doing. More importantly he said it was essential for people to understand what the Yellow Ribbon campaign was all about. "It is about human real life issue.
