| Search for escaped prisoners expanded |

GEORGIA - Authorities on Tuesday expanded the search for two escapees from a northwest Georgia prison after one of the men allegedly abducted a woman at knife-point and forced her to drive him to the other side of the state. Johnny Mack Brown entered a Chattooga County woman’s house while she was away Monday, and abducted her at knife-point when she returned home, said Kristen Stancil, spokeswoman for the state Department of Corrections. “She was forced to drive Brown to Franklin County, where he was picked up by an unknown person,” Stancil said.
