| NH inmates raise money for cancer research |

NEW HAMPSHIRE - New Hampshire prison inmates and workers have raised more than $3,300 for breast cancer research. State prison officials say about 80 inmates at the women's prison in Goffstown filled out withdrawal slips worth $1,450 for last weekend's Making Strides for Breast Cancer walkathon. Their walk was on prison grounds Sunday. About 20 corrections officers, medical, human resources and other department staff raised $1,850 for the walk in Concord. Read more.
