| Sheriff's Office donates vehicles |

FLORIDA - Santa Rosa County will give six old Sheriff's Office vehicles to the state-run Santa Rosa Correctional Institute in East Milton. The Santa Rosa County Commission this morning voted unanimously to give three Ford Crown Victorias, a Ford Taurus, a Mercury Marquis and a GMC Yukon to the prison at the request of prison Warden David Ellis. The sheriff has removed the vehicles from service due to high mileage/maintenance issues. This is the first time the Sheriff's Office has given vehicles to the prison.
