OKLAHOMA - A prison official's wife accused of helping a convicted killer escape and then living on the lam with him for a decade wrote a love letter to the fugitive when he was hospitalized with a heart attack, a police investigator testified Monday. Robert Williams, an investigator with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, read the letter during a preliminary hearing for Bobbi Parker, 46, who is accused of helping Randolph Dial escape from the Oklahoma State Reformatory in Granite on Aug. 30, 1994. Her husband was deputy warden there. Parker and Dial were found living at an east Texas chicken ranch on April 4, 2005.
