PENNSYLVANIA - An accountant for the state Department of Corrections has filed a federal lawsuit charging that she was harassed after her female supervisor showed her nude photos of herself. Donna Shimko, in a suit filed in U.S. Middle District Court, says the department did nothing to correct the situation when she complained about it. Shimko, a fiscal technician in the business office at the State Correctional Institution at Dallas, claims her supervisor, Andrea Tirpak, showed her nude and sexually suggestive pictures of herself on a cell phone in August 2006.
