Strategies to Prevent Prison Rape by Changing the Correctional Culture is a new report by the National Institute of Justice. It explores successful strategies and programs for addressing the problem of sexual violence in state prisons. The report was produced with data compiled from the Urban Institute and the Association of State Correctional Administrators, which interviewed prison officials in 45 states. The NIJ says the report presents promising initiatives and practices identified in 11 states. |
