Correctional employee pens political book

MICHIGAN - A passion for politics kept Artie Gross up many nights in the past four years. And he has a published book to show for it. The manuscript Gross assembled from his research of conflicts he found between Biblical scripture and liberal political views was accepted last fall by Tate Publishing in Oklahoma. It is to go on sale nationally in December.

The manuscript was one of a small percentage of submissions selected by the Christian publishing company, which calls him an “exciting new author.” The title, “In the Light of Scripture: Why Christians Shouldn’t Vote for Liberals,” leaves readers with no doubt they are in for a religiously based challenge to liberal views.
