| 12-year-old to be tried as juvenile |

NEBRASKA - The 12-year-old who was arrested this weekend for killing his 15-year-old friend will end up being tried as a juvenile. 15-year-old Anthony Ray was shot and killed last Saturday in a house at 35th and Bedford. Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine made the announcement this morning. He said the 12-year-old will be charged with manslaughter. A 15-year-old was also arrested in connection with the shooting.
