FLORIDA - "Who wants to get hit by a snowball in Florida?" asked one of the six inmates helping to unload a truck full of Christmas trees. The inmates joked and laughed with one another and with the other volunteers as they bustled from the truck to the Christmas tree yard.
"This one can go to my house," one inmate said, walking out of the semi-truck carrying a 4 foot tree with one hand. "It's just about the right size."

The inmates from Bay County Jail helped the Boys and Girls Club of Bay County set up the annual Christmas tree lot on 23rd Street near Sam's Club on Tuesday. Tree sales begin Friday at 10 a.m. See photos of the set up here. Read more.
