MONTANA - The warden of the Montana Women's Prison in Billings says that a potential eastern Montana prison complex in the Billings area would work. A consulting firm suggested changes to the existing women's prison at a Department of Corrections Advisory Council meeting held on Wednesday in Great Falls. The report suggested a 245 acre prison complex for both men and women, with other options such as expanding the women's prison, building a new facility at the same location and building a second women's prison.
