INDIANA - La Porte Circuit Court Judge Thomas Alevizos has appointed Erika Stallworth executive director of the La Porte County Juvenile Services Center, effective Jan. 1. Stallworth will fill the position vacated by the appointment of Nancy Gettinger to serve as La Porte County Juvenile Magistrate. "Erika has been an integral part of the Juvenile Services Center for many years. Erika brings to this position a clear understanding of the requirement to keep the center running efficiently and the ability to effectively handle the day to day issues as they arise," Alevizos said. "She has demonstrated a high standard of professionalism that will be a great asset to her as the Director of the Juvenile Services Center." Read more.
