ILLINOIS - The consequences of drinking and driving will become more severe...beginning January first. Drivers who are arrested from driving under the influence might have to take an extra breath before they get behind the wheel.If the offender is granted court supervision, they will need to install a breathalyzer if they want to keep driving.And if they're blood alcohol level is more than point–zero–2–5 their car won't start.
