| Parole board to hear LeFevre appeal |

MICHIGAN - The Michigan Parole Board will consider whether to release a California woman who was returned to prison 32 years after she escaped. Susan LeFevre's (luh-FEE'-vurz) parole hearing Thursday will be conducted via video from her Ypsilanti prison to a parole panel in Lansing. LeFevre had asked a Saginaw judge to toss her original 10-year sentence for selling heroin. The judge last month instead asked the parole board to consider the case. LeFevre is a 54-year-old from the San Diego area who was living under a different name when she was captured last April.
