| Awards to be given for youth service |

CALIFORNIA - Nominations are being taken for the 15th annual Youth Services Awards, which recognize people who have helped prevent juvenile delinquency. Awards are presented in the categories of corrections and probation, law enforcement, education and ministry. Candidates can be volunteers or paid workers. Nominations are due Feb. 17. They should be sent to Solano County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission, Probation Department, Attn: Debbie Rawlings, 475 Union Ave., Fairfield, 94533. Awards will be given March 19 at the Opera House, 560 Main St., Vacaville. |
