The Office of Law Enforcement Technology Commercialization (OLETC) is a highly qualified technical program under the National Institute of Justice that identifies new public safety technologies within established mission parameters as assisting in the commercialization of technologies to assist the public safety markets. One of the office's events each year is the Annual Mock Riot.
