ARKANSAS - A bill aimed at including level 2 sex offenders in the list of people prohibited from entering public-school campuses got some technical corrections Monday. House Bill 1010 by state Rep. Donna Hutchinson, RBella Vista, follows on a 2007 bill about sex offenders and was written at the request of some public-school officials, Hutchinson said.

Some students who are sex offenders are exempt from the bill, but children are protected from them anyway, the state representative said. Read more.
